What is the difference between the ₹25 AI Plan and ₹499 Architect Plan?
The ₹25 AI Plan generates an early floor-plan concept from the details you enter. The ₹499 Architect Plan is prepared from your submitted requirements and references by our architect team. Both prices include GST, and the Architect Plan includes one complimentary AI Plan.
Can I build directly from a NakshaAI plan?
AI plans are intended for early planning and discussion. Unless a selected deliverable explicitly includes construction drawings, obtain final drawings checked for local building rules, structural requirements, services and site conditions by a qualified architect or engineer before construction.
How long does plan delivery take?
AI plans usually generate online after successful payment and submission. The Architect Plan has a delivery target of within 24 hours after successful payment and complete requirements. Complex or incomplete briefs may require additional clarification.
Does NakshaAI support Vastu planning?
You can select common Vastu preferences during the planning brief. These preferences are considered alongside your plot, facing and room requirements, but they do not guarantee complete Vastu compliance.
How does the Construction Cost Estimator work?
The estimator uses built-up area, location, floor count, finish quality and selected construction stage to calculate an indicative budget. Actual costs can vary based on site conditions, specifications, material prices and labour rates.
